iPad buy or not?
before you all run to buy the new iPad there are few disadvantages you must know
about the iPad. This article will present some of them and you need to consider
if they are blockers for you or not.
1) It is not ebook reader for people who looks for this usage think again, the
kindle is much more comfortable and long last. The iPad is much less heavier than
netboot but still too heavy for holding long time.
2) Most of the people need to use both hands to carry/ work with it.
3) stability: It is not so stable if you put it on your desk you still need to
give a hand so it wont shake during your typing.
4) As expected no external memory or usb connector were given by apple- what a
surprise- upgrade will cost you new iPad in the future.
5) Battery can not be replace.
6) No camera and no headphones
7) Sunlight: It will be very difficult to read under the sunlight
Live in hot country? the iPad might not function outdoor. Above 35 Celsius you
will get the following: “iPad needs to cool down before you can use it”.
9) The screen is very fragile so you might loose the iPad after the first tumble.
10) It is not your new laptop- difficult to create new content (like iPhone/iPod),
the main use is to consume information.
11) Not all web sites will viewed properly there is no support for flash based
applications
Obviously, there are lot of advantages as well but I think there is enough
marketing on that product, so the information for that is available anywhere.
