1) Android: HTC G1 phone has lot of disadvantages if you look on some other solutions, but the most important news that we got with this phone is the free mobile operating system from Google- Android. The HTC G1 is only the first of many phones that will use it in the near future. As it looks, the Android has high potential to take the cell phone industry to very intersting place where large developer community will support it growing.

2) USB 3.0: The Universal Serial Bus (USB) is very popular standard for transferring data from PC to many kind of devices and charging PDAs/Phones. These days there was major update in the standard, which will get 10 times faster rate than the current USB 2.0 (4.8 gigabits per second). Another improvement will increase the amount of electrical current that USB cable will deliver ( 900 milliamps instead of 100 milliamps), and this will allow more devices to be charged faster.

3) Video-Capable SLRs: This year the camera industry overcome major limitation that prevent high-end single-lens reflex cameras to shoot video. Two new cameras Nikin D90 and Canon 5D Mark II shoot HD video and capture top notch still images.

.

.

We all dream about it, cell phone that will not shut down during the day and recharge itself over and over without connect it to the wall. Now we can get it, new cell phones that include sloar technology will rechage themselves and keep usable in any location. Use energy from the sun will be better to earth, will save money and wiil keep you in touch in any time.
There are few available cell phones in the market:

1) S116- HiTech Wealth telecommunications (well-known supplier in China) is selling pretty impressive new phone. They promiss that after 1 hour exposure to the sun will get you approximately 40 minutes talk time. The company claims that solar panel installed on the top side of the clamshell-designed phone can be recharged from other light sourcess except the sun (like candles).
You can’t ignore the potential of more than 400 million mobile users all over China will use solar energy for their cell phones instead of electricity.
Of course today’s basic communications and multimedia features are included in this phone such as high-definition digital camera, MP3 + Video player, support for MP3 ring tones etc’.
Four great inventions of light energy:
- A unique one-way anti-reflective design- will get efficient use of available light
- Special lens- optimize the conditions under diffuse light energy conversion
- Photoelectric conversion efficiency of micro-modular design
- Low-power intelligent dynamic system to maintain maximum output power to the phone

2) ‘Solar’ is the Simens’s solar cell phone which is very thin dark blue phone with cool design. The cell phone is equiped with touch screen and underneath solar cells are embedded. Sun exposure will recharge the phone automatically. The materials used for manufacturing the phone are fully recyclable. The phone itself will include very basic features. This phone is still in prototype phase but Simens promise that soon it will move to manufacturing.
