The Finland-based company Nokia has always been one of the most popular mobile phone manufacturers since the dawn of the pocket handsets. They are a household brand in both Europe and Asia. But what are their chances of emerging victorious in today’s iPhone age? Check online to find the best Nokia C6 deals available.

The company has retained a good footing in the mobile market specifically because they target a different market altogether. Contrary to Apple’s strategy of releasing high end mobile phones, the Finnish company has tapped into and maintained their hold in the market that can only (or will only) afford midrange phones. Nokia is the type of mobile phone that can be used by your non-tech savvy aunt or uncle.

Because Nokia is out to win over the countless practical masses, they have come up with three social networking phones that are both user-friendly and budget-friendly. They have announced the upcoming Nokia C3, Nokia C6 as well as the Nokia E5 mobile phone lines. The three are targeted for users of different ages but are all set to give the target users an efficient and accessible social networking buddy. You can find the best mobile phone deals by comparing them online.

Music for Your Every Mood

Aside from the standard FM stereo radio, the C6 comes with the Nokia Ovi Player. MP3, WAV, WMA and eAAC+ audio formats are supported. It has a music management system as well as a playlist system that lets you custom arrange your music for playback. The music widget is able to offer an easy access point to your music straight from the home screen. And if you ever run out of music tracks on your Nokia C6, it will be easy to buy and download more straight from the Ovi Music Store.

Games in Your Pocket

As for those who like taking something interactive with them on the go, the touch based screen interface lets you play the number of available games available from the Ovi Store. While the number of available game apps is not as many as those found in the Apple App Store, there are still a variety of them (such as strategy and card games) to keep you entertained. Games and apps that work for similarly built mobile phones from Nokia may be used in the Nokia C6. Meaning you can use your old apps from the 5230, N97 or N97 Mini.

Built for Messaging

Regardless of how many apps you can use, messaging is still the key factor in buying any mobile phone. That said, the social networking centered C6 is a prize when it comes to the number of compatible email and chat clients. For email, you have compatibility with Ovi Mail, Windows Live, Yahoo! Mail and Gmail. For chat accounts and clients, you have compatibility with Ovi Chat, Yahoo! Messenger, Windows Live Messenger and Google Talk.

Facebook also plays a vital role in keeping you in the loop. The Nokia C6 features location sharing by tying up their Ovi Maps feature with Facebook. Lastly, status updates from your favorite social networking site can be displayed in your customizable home screen. Visit Moby1 to find the best deals for the latest phones.

The N97 suppose to be Nokia’s flagship and should compete with the iPhone and PRE, Is this so?
The-N97, is actually a type of hybridization between the features in the N-series (such as the flagship device N95) to the E-series (business series: E-QWERTY device- E90).
The most important features of a Smartphone are its functionalities and its size. Despite the fairly large-N97, yet this is a reasonable size for a phone with full keyboard and it feels like a reasonable mobile in hand, it’s convenient to hold and talk.
The keyboard is slipping away with a little drop-down angel of 45 degrees. The keyboard is easy to use even for users with large fingers. The SEND/END buttons are touch keys and many people might not be happy with that.

N97 runs with Simbian 5 but the interface is not so good like other smart phones. The touch screen is big and has good view, resolution of 640×360 support in 16 million colors TFT technology, But the technology is not the main problem, the choice of using the resistive screen- that requires a relatively large activation click.
The camera is great (5 Mega pixels) and it is good for night shots and video too. The N97 includes 32GB built-in memory that can be extended with additional 16 GB external SD card.
The device is little bit heavy (150 gr) but the voice quality and the loudspeaker device are excellent. It includes good player device WiFi, Bluetooth and GPS that is limited to operators navigators software only.
